Let Justice Be Done
A former congressman is speaking out about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton. The evidence against Hillary for transmitting top-secret documents via her personal email server is overwhelming. Most believe Hillary will dodge this FBI investigation, with an eleventh hour save by Attorney General Loretta Lynch. However, the former congressman states the FBI is ready for an indictment, and he goes on to say it will be bad news if the Department of Justice (DOJ) refuses to do so for one reason in particular.
Former Congressman Tom DeLay went on the record with Newsmax anchor Steve Malzberg on The Steve Malzberg Show. DeLay, no stranger to Washington prosecution, saw his political career sidelined by investigations, which led DeLay to eventually quit politics. DeLay knows the landscape of FBI investigations into big political figures, and no doubt the former Minority Leader has connections with the FBI. He state his sources within the FBI will leak the investigation to the public if A.G. Lynch refuses to indict Hillary.
The FBI is not giving any information on the ongoing investigation. The recent news that “above top-secret” documents were found on Hillary’s personal server now has all eyes turning toward the FBI to await their recommendation to Attorney General Lynch.
Here’s DeLay’s response to Steve Malzberg’s questions on Hillary’s email scandal and the FBI:
“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”
“One way or another, either she’s going to be indicted and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another, she’s going to have to face these charges.” — via Newsmax
The problem is the FBI is not sure where A.G. Lynch will stand if the FBI recommends indictment. Newsmax sums up DeLay’s comments:
The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton, and if its recommendation isn’t followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency’s investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
Most pundits are split on making a forecast on Hillary’s possible indictment. Reliable sources have reported the facts, and the evidence is so overwhelming that an indictment is the only logical conclusion.
The problem is, we are not talking about just any Washington politician. This is Hillary Clinton, wife of Bill– who was impeached but remained president. The Clinton’s weather hurricane winds of scandal only to come out of the storm still afloat. In other words, they fall in shit and come out smelling like a rose every time.
Will Obama allow A.G. Lynch to indict? Whatever the outcome, we hope the FBI investigators will leak the information to the public. The people deserve to know the truth about Hillary’s private server.
The minute Hillary used the server in her capacity as Secretary of State, that server became property of the United States. It became the property of the citizen’s of the United States. However, the ball will be in Lynch’s court, it seems. Will she be in the culture of corruption, or will she stand for truth?
The people of this nation have lost hope that our own top law enforcement agency, the Department of Justice, stands for anything but corruption. So we say, bring us back to the “justice for all” we deserve.
