Paul McGuire -- We Must Choose Between A Mass Awakening and the Destruction of America, Part 1

Recently, ISIS released a video threatening to strike America in a manner far worse than 9/11. Despite statements that the existence of ISIS training camps located just eight miles from Texas, near Juarez, Mexico are “unfounded,” reports from social media analysts state that ISIS is coming through our Southern borders with the intention of striking the heartland of America. In addition, reports from before 2005 tell us that the Iranian-funded terrorist organization Hezbollah, along with Al Qaeda, Hamas, and other militant Islamic groups have been moving up from the “Dangerous Triangle” area of South America and have sent their operatives through America’s porous southern borders. What is the purpose of these terrorist groups? To do the “unthinkable,” which is to kill, hurt, and destroy as many Americans as possible through every available means, including nukes going off in American cities and other forms of mass slaughter.

Light Upon Light

The scriptures tell us stories of the past,
But deeper looks reveal much more than that.
In Babylon the Jews were free at last,
Yet augured future times we can look at.

Theory of Non-Violence

Gandhi’s View of Violence / Nonviolence
Gandhi saw violence pejoratively and also identified two formsof violence; Passive and Physical, as we saw earlier. The practice of passive violence is a daily affair, consciously and unconsciously. It is again the fuel that ignites the fire of physical violence. Gandhi understands violence from its Sanskrit root, “himsa”, meaning injury. In the midst of hyper violence, Gandhi teaches that the one who possess nonviolence is blessed. Blessed is the man who can perceive the law of ahimsa (nonviolence) in the midst of the raging fire of himsa all around him. We bow in reverence to such a man by his example. The more adverse the circumstances around him, the intenser grows his longing for deliverance from the bondage of flesh which is a vehicle of himsa3Gandhi objects to violence because it perpetuates hatred. When it appears to do ‘good’, the good is only temporary and cannot do any good in the long run. A true nonviolence activist accepts violence on himself without inflicting it on another. This is heroism, and will be discussed in another section. When Gandhi says that in the course of fighting for human rights, one should accept violence and self-suffering, he does not applaud cowardice. Cowardice for him is “the greatest violence, certainly, far greater   than bloodshed and the like that generally go under the name of violence.” 4For Gandhi, perpetrators of violence (whom he referred to as criminals), are products of social disintegration.  Gandhi feels that violence is not a natural tendency of humans. It is a learned experience. There is need for a perfect weapon to combat violence and this is nonviolence.Gandhi understood nonviolence from its Sanskrit root “Ahimsa”.  Ahimsa is just translated to mean nonviolence in English, but it implies more than just avoidance of physical violence. Ahimsa implies total nonviolence, no physical violence, and no passive violence. Gandhi translates Ahimsa as love. This is explained by Arun Gandhi in an interview thus; “He (Gandhi) said ahimsa means love. Because if you have love towards somebody, and you respect that person, then you are not going to do any harm to that person.” 5   For Gandhi, nonviolence is the greatest force at the disposal of mankind. It is mightier than any weapon of mass destruction. It is superior to brute force. It is a living force of power and no one has been or will ever be able to measure its limits or it’s extend.Gandhi’s nonviolence is the search for truth. Truth is the most fundamental aspect in Gandhi’s Philosophy of nonviolence. His whole life has been “experiments of truth”. It was in this course of his pursuit of truth that Gandhi discovered nonviolence, which he further explained in his Autobiography thus “Ahimsa is the basis of the search for truth. I am realizing that this search is vain, unless it is founded on ahimsa as the basis.” 6 Truth and nonviolence are as old as the hills. For nonviolence to be strong and effective, it must begin with the mind, without which it will be nonviolence of the weak and cowardly.  A coward is a person who lacks courage when facing a dangerous and unpleasant situation and tries to avoid it. A man cannot practice ahimsa and at the same time be a coward. True nonviolence is dissociated from fear.  Gandhi feels that possession of arms is not only cowardice but also lack of fearlessness or courage. Gandhi stressed this when he says; “I can imagine a fully armed man to be at heart a coward. Possession of arms implies an element of fear, if not cowardice but true nonviolence is impossibility without the possession of unadulterated fearlessness.” 7 In the face of violence and injustice, Gandhi considers violent resistance preferable to cowardly submission. There is hope that a violent man may someday be nonviolent, but there is no room for a coward to develop fearlessness.
As the world’s pioneer in nonviolent theory and practice, Gandhi unequivocally stated that nonviolence contained a universal applicability. In his letter to Daniel Oliver in Hammana Lebanon on the 11th of 1937 Gandhi used these words: “ I have no message to give except this that there is no deliverance for any people on this earth or for all the people of this earth except through truth and nonviolence in every walk of life without any exceptions.”8 In this passage, Gandhi promises “deliverance” through nonviolence for oppressed peoples without exception. Speaking primarily with regards to nonviolence as a libratory philosophy in this passage, Gandhi emphasizes the power of nonviolence to emancipate spiritually and physically. It is a science and of its own can lead one to pure democracy.

Beware The False Lights Among Us

Everything Obama does is political.....all he does is directed for the fundamental change of America: removing God, patriotism, unity, law, law keeping, respect, strength of family and community, our standing of strength and security in a mad world. His roots were planted years ago as a young boy and fed by American haters who later groomed him and now use him to destroy the foundations and strength and freedoms of this land of citizens.
The attempts of evil people to destroy good has never stopped since the first rebellion in Heaven of Satan. He and his demon army have taken many souls and use many for destruction, not good. Deception and lies is Satan's favorite method of fooling people into thinking what is good is now bad or needs to be "changed."
So many are so far into the darkness now, fed by people who have been given power and influence. America began to fall when God was no longer the cornerstone and people began to replace the foundations with their own desires, no matter who gets hurt, no matter who is used, no matter who is destroyed. The "charmers" and "promisers" have deceived the needy, a political party, and many groups who were offered a shiny apple of favor but who refused to test it for poison first. The poison spread is now rotting the fabric foundations of America.
God, the Creator and Holy One has been rejected and replaced by human idols who only give the greedy and proud and needy what they desire right now.....The American people changed from God fearing to man loving.....to selfish pursuits no matter who gets hurt or what gets destroyed......even if it is their own freedoms, and some so riled up by the deceivers that their rage and lives become like savages on the prowl who must hurt someone or something to make themselves "feel better." That comes from one, Satan himself....using his army of fooled humans to cause destruction, destruction, destruction.....and inciting them with rage to turn on anyone who attempts to save them from the dark pit Satan has them chained to.
People have to ask themselves if life is better now or not under Obama? Is America now what he promised he would deliver as president? Is hate more? Is unrest more? Is he and the people he apppointed in key government positions keeping their oaths of office to the people and the law? Or have they changed how they govern and ignore what the laws are that protect a nation, people and AMerica's future? Black skin is not your Savior. A democrat or republican is not your Savior. If Americans will be wise for their own good, they will understand there is no peace and goodwill among people unless they place God above all in their choices and living, for if not, Satan will use his taken to replace your obedience by deception, and you will not even know you have been deceived and will even put on the armor of hate and fight for the destruction yourself Satan seeks throughout the world.
Evil may have begun the spread of poison, but the fooled and deceived now insert it for Satan themselves.....false lights with roots in hate and fruits that poison whoever it takes. Given power and more power, destruction is imminent.

Dhimmitude: Get to know what it is.

by VICTOR SHARPE

Ask people in the United States what a dhimmi is and perhaps a handful might know. In Europe, and as far as India and the far east, the number would be higher because of latent memories of battles fought against invading Moslem armies across the span of centuries.

AMICUS CURIAE

20/20 HeinzSight - Dianne Heinz

AMICUS CURIAE

The amicus curiae figure originates in Roman law. Starting in the 9th century, it was incorporated into English law, and it was later extended to most common law systems.

Later, it was introduced in international law, in particular concerning human rights. From there, it was integrated in some civil law systems (it has recently been integrated into Argentina's law system and Honduras's 2010 civil procedures code).

Today, it is used by the European Court of Human Rights, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Sharia Law is Immoral and Does Not Belong in the USA - Eagle Rising

Why, from a Western Perspective, Sharia Law Is Immoral

“Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses—We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through, We will replace them with other skins, so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise.” —Koran 4:56

“Allah's Apostle [said] . . . ‘Allah's curse be on the Jews and the Christians.’ This was spoken on Muhammad's death bed, and was one of the last things that he ever said.” —Bukhari 59:727

Gay Marriage: A Trojan Horse Movement

By James Simpson

The Left doesn't care about gay rights, any more than they care about civil rights, welfare rights, minority rights, animal rights or any other “rights.” According to the Left, “the issue is never the issue; the issue is always the revolution.” The various “rights” the Left has aggressively promoted over the years are merely vehicles to advance the Left’s power.

LIFE AND LIBERTY

LIFE AND LIBERTY
By Beth Ann

January is the month we designate as “Sanctity for Life” month; while that should be twelve months out of the year we've now reached a time in this country where life no longer has value.  We value life-choices above the heartbeat and blood-flow of life itself.

The nation was once again stunned as a man threw his 5-year old daughter off the Skyway Bridge and drove away.   Apparently distraught and depressed instead of taking his own life he took that of a 5-year old!

We cringed and shook are heads, asking ourselves, how on earth could anyone be so completely heartless to do such a thing – to take an innocent life, in such a sudden, cold and violent way...  Imagine this 5-year old girl being thrown to her death by the man she trusted to catch her when she made her first stumble when learning to walk; an innocent life thrown away as if she was garbage and had no value whatsoever.

Yet, this nation now kills millions of unborn babies; daughters and sons.  They are taken from the mother’s womb and tossed into plastic bags, down garbage disposals or some other horrible place – as if they are of no value; as legislated.

We can’t understand or imagine the mass graves of the Holocaust and now again we find this same barbaric atrocity in Iraq… mass graves containing up to 1,700 corpses!  What kind of mankind can kill without looking back, blinking an eye…or believe that life simply has no value?

America is the land of the free and home of the brave.  We say we believe in liberty –  There are many who believe that a life in the womb is simply nothing more than tissue.  These same people are ready to convict, fine and imprison a person for harming an animal or disturbing a nest containing eagle eggs (embrio/tissue).  This mentality lacks common sense and logic – it lacks Liberty for all life.

Other words for
Liberty:

Freedom
Independence
Autonomy
Emancipation
Liberation
What is LIBERTY?

 Definition of LIBERTY
(Black’s Law Dictionary)

1.         Freedom; exemption from extraneous control. The power of the will, in its moral freedom, to follow the dictates of its unrestricted choice, and to direct the external acts of the individual without restraint, coercion, or control from other persons.

I believe those who do not value Liberty, also do not value Life~

They want to define life as taken a breath but it is the flowing of blood – blood gives life!   A fetus is attached to the human females body – it has a separate heartbeat, her blood feeds the fetus but he/she has his own circulatory system; so much more than a simple glob of tissue.  When you have an injury that removes a chunk of skin, end of a finger or a limb… that is tissue – without the attached body the blood discontinues to flow… the tissue is dead at that point, as it is no longer connected to the blood flow.  Although we now have the capability to sometimes reattach certain accidental amputations… reconnecting to the blood-flow and returning LIFE to the once severed limb.

An Episcopal church recently hosted a Planned Parenthood (how to be parentless/childless planning) event to “CELEBRATE” 42 years of abortion.  Why would an establishment claiming to believe in the blood of Jesus Christ participate in such a hideous celebration?  Well – they’ve fallen into this feel good society that lies to one another and themselves regarding responsibility, Life and yes Liberty!

Since this newsletter is a “bit tardy,” there has been some good news… perhaps a step backward in this regard is a step forward for life.  Governor Brownback of Kansas signed the nation’s first ban on an abortion procedure redefined as ‘dismemberment abortion.’   While the nation continues to kill babies – in Kansas this kind of barbarism is now banned. (April 7, 2015)

Lifestyle is a choice – but when we make choices there are consequences and responsibilities.
Do we really have to define life?  When is murder actually murder?   When a fetus if 5 weeks, 5 months, 5 days out of the womb or a 5-year old child...

Life is precious
Why is America OK with the annihilation of our future citizens?  We’ve not only lost the value of Life but selfishly caring only for the now!

Give me liberty or give me death is not the choice of the unborn child…through abortion they have neither the right to:

Life, Liberty OR the Pursuit of Happiness
Is there no unalienable rights for the unborn human child?
Who will protect the innocent?
Let’s fight to stop abortion and the legislative error against Life & Liberty!
Let’s preserve Life and Liberty,
allowing these baby humans their personal opportunity to Pursue Happiness!

FIX BAYONETS: PLANNED CHAOS, PART III

THE ATTACK ON OUR RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS Submitted By Dee Fatouros

Sociological Definition Of Religion:

A unified system of beliefs and practices pertaining to the supernatural and to norms about the right way to live that is shared by a group of believers. Sociologists treat religion as a social rather than supernatural phenomenon.

Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people.   Karl Marx

While the above is a very simplified excerpt of Marx's views on the subject, it reflects the nature of the burgeoning anti-religious belief systems. In order to gain complete control over the national psyche, the "authorities" must must lure or tear the citizenry away from their religious faith. Loyalty to the nation state, spirituality, and religion are usually not compatible. Totalitarian regimes must have total domination over mind, spirit and body in order to achieve their goal of absolute oppression.

What is this place called America? Who runs it and how?

20/20 HeinzSight - Dianne Heinz

What is this place called America?

  Who runs it and how?

 Part 1

The Founders gave to us in The United States of America, a Republic form of Government
Ben Franklin was asked by a citizen, “Well Mr. Franklin, What kind of government have you given us?”
He Answered, “A Republic,  ma’am,  if you can keep it.”

A state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.
Any body of persons viewed as a commonwealth.
A  state in which the head of government is not a monarch or other hereditary head of state.

We are not, as some say a Democracy.

Government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

Our Constitution was written, in order to provide instructions to limit the power of each of three branches of government.

The Legislative Branch, the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch.

 The Legislative Branch

Established by Article I of the Constitution, the Legislative Branch consists of the House of Representatives and the Senate, which together form the United States Congress.
The Constitution grants Congress the sole authority to enact legislation and declare war,
the right to confirm or reject many Presidential appointments, and substantial investigative powers.

The House of Representatives is made up of 435 elected members, divided among the 50 states in proportion to their total population. In addition, there are 6 non-voting members, representing the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and four other territories of the United States. The presiding officer of the chamber is the Speaker of the House, elected by the Representatives. He or she is third in the line of succession to the Presidency.

Members of the House are elected every two years and must be 25 years of age, a U.S. citizen for at least seven years, and a resident of the state (but not necessarily the district) they represent.

The House has several powers assigned exclusively to it, including:
the power to initiate revenue bills,
 impeach federal officials, and
elect the President in the case of an electoral college tie.

The Senate is composed of 100 Senators, 2 for each state.
Until the ratification of the 17th Amendment in 1913, Senators were chosen by state legislatures, not by popular vote. Since then, they have been elected to six-year terms by the people of each state. Senator's terms are staggered so that about one-third of the Senate is up for reelection every two years. Senators must be 30 years of age, U.S. citizens for at least nine years, and residents of the state they represent.

The Vice President of the United States serves as President of the Senate and may cast the decisive vote in the event of a tie in the Senate.

The Senate has:
·         the sole power to confirm those of the President's appointments that require consent,
·         and to ratify treaties.
·         There are, however, two exceptions to this rule: the House must also approve appointments to the Vice Presidency and any treaty that involves foreign trade.
·         The Senate also tries impeachment cases for federal officials referred to it by the House.

In order to pass legislation and send it to the President for his signature, both the House and the Senate must pass the same bill by majority vote.
If the President vetoes a bill, they may override his veto by passing the bill again in each chamber with at least two-thirds of each body voting in favor.

The Judicial Branch

Article III of the Constitution of the United States guarantees that every person accused of wrongdoing has the right to a fair trial before a competent judge and a jury of one's peers.

Where the Executive and Legislative branches are elected by the people, members of the Judicial Branch are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

Article III of the Constitution, which establishes the Judicial Branch, leaves Congress significant discretion to determine the shape and structure of the federal judiciary. Even the number of Supreme Court Justices is left to Congress — at times there have been as few as six, while the current number (nine, with one Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices) has only been in place since 1869.
The Constitution also grants Congress the power to establish courts inferior to the Supreme Court, and to that end Congress has established the United States district courts, which try most federal cases, and 13 United States courts of appeals, which review appealed district court cases.

Federal judges can only be removed through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction in the Senate.
Judges and justices serve no fixed term — they serve until their death, retirement, or conviction by the Senate.
By design, this insulates them from the temporary passions of the public, and allows them to apply the law with only justice in mind, and not electoral or political concerns.

Generally, Congress determines the jurisdiction of the federal courts. In some cases, however — such as in the example of a dispute between two or more U.S. states — the Constitution grants the Supreme Court original jurisdiction, an authority that cannot be stripped by Congress.

The courts only try actual cases and controversies — a party must show that it has been harmed in order to bring suit in court. This means that the courts do not issue advisory opinions on the constitutionality of laws or the legality of actions if the ruling would have no practical effect.
Cases brought before the judiciary typically proceed from district court to appellate court and may even end at the Supreme Court, although the Supreme Court hears comparatively few cases each year.

·         Federal courts enjoy the sole power to interpret the law,
·         determine the constitutionality of the law,
·          and apply it to individual cases.
·         The courts, like Congress, can compel the production of evidence and testimony through the use of a subpoena.
·          The inferior courts are constrained by the decisions of the Supreme Court — once the Supreme Court interprets a law, inferior courts must apply the Supreme Court's interpretation to the facts of a particular case.

The Executive Branch
The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the United States, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.
The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress and, to that end, appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The Vice President is also part of the Executive Branch, ready to assume the Presidency should the need arise.
The Cabinet and independent federal agencies are responsible for the day-to-day enforcement and administration of federal laws. These departments and agencies have missions and responsibilities as widely divergent as those of the Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency, the Social Security Administration and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Including members of the armed forces, the Executive Branch employs more than 4 million Americans.

The President
The President is both the head of state and head of government of the United States of America, and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.
Under Article II of the Constitution,
·      the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress.
·       Fifteen executive departments — each led by an appointed member of the President's Cabinet — carry out the day-to-day administration of the federal government.
·          They are joined in this by other executive agencies such as the CIA and Environmental Protection Agency, the heads of which are not part of the Cabinet, but who are under the full authority of the President.
·         The President also appoints the heads of more than 50 independent federal commissions, such as
·          the Federal Reserve Board or
·         the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as
·          federal judges,
·         ambassadors, and
·         other federal offices.
·         The Executive Office of the President (EOP) consists of the immediate staff to the President, along with entities such as
·         the Office of Management and Budget and the
·         Office of the United States Trade Representative.

·         The President has the power either to sign legislation into law or to veto bills enacted by Congress, although Congress may override a veto with a two-thirds vote of both houses.
·         The Executive Branch conducts diplomacy with other nations, and the President has the power to negotiate and sign treaties, which also must be ratified by two-thirds of the Senate.
·         The President can issue executive orders, which direct executive officers or clarify and further existing laws. The President also has unlimited power to extend pardons and clemencies for federal crimes, except in cases of impeachment.
With these powers come several responsibilities, among them a constitutional requirement to "from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient." Although the President may fulfill this requirement in any way he or she chooses, Presidents have traditionally given a State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress each January (except in inaugural years) outlining their agenda for the coming year.
The Constitution lists only three qualifications for the Presidency —
1.       the President must be 35 years of age,
2.       be a natural born citizen,
3.       and must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years.
And though millions of Americans vote in a presidential election every four years, the President is not, in fact, directly elected by the people. Instead, on the first Tuesday in November of every fourth year, the people elect the members of the Electoral College. Apportioned by population to the 50 states — one for each member of their congressional delegation (with the District of Columbia receiving 3 votes) — these Electors then cast the votes for President. There are currently 538 electors in the Electoral College.
President Barack Obama is the 44th President of the United States. He is, however, only the 43rd person ever to serve as President; President Grover Cleveland served two nonconsecutive terms, and thus is recognized as both the 22nd and the 24th President.
Today, the President is limited to two four-year terms, but until the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1951, a President could serve an unlimited number of terms.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected President four times, serving from 1932 until his death in 1945; he is the only President ever to have served more than two terms.
By tradition, the President and the First Family live in the White House in Washington, D.C., also the location of the President's Oval Office and the offices of the his senior staff.
When the President travels by plane, his aircraft is designated Air Force One; he may also use a Marine Corps helicopter, known as Marine One while the President is on board. For ground travel, the President uses an armored Presidential limousine.
